Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
القمة للاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات (Qimmatech), which owns and operates the Qlikat platform and qlikat.com (“we”), respects the privacy of everyone who uses our services. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we protect it and what your rights are. By using the website or the platform you agree to it.
1. Definitions
- Customer: the company or organisation subscribed to Qlikat, and the users it adds.
- End customer: a person who messages a Customer on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email or website chat.
- Visitor: anyone browsing qlikat.com.
2. Our role
We are the controller of visitor data, Customer and user account data, and billing data. End customers’ conversations and contact details we process on the Customer’s behalf and on its instructions, as a processor; the Customer is responsible for having its customers’ consent and for messaging them lawfully.
3. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, mobile number, company name, business type and size, password (stored as an unreadable hash), language and settings.
- Usage data: sign-ins and activity in the platform, security events, consumption and invoices.
- Conversation data: messages, attachments, internal notes and contact details that reach a Customer’s inbox from the channels it connects.
- Website data: a random id kept in your browser, the pages you visit, where you came from and campaign links, your device type, and your country as reported by our network provider. We do not store IP addresses or use advertising cookies.
- Signup and contact forms: what you type is saved as you type, even before you submit, so our team can help if you don’t finish. Your password is only stored when the account is created.
4. How we use data
- To provide, run, improve and support the platform.
- To create and activate accounts and manage subscriptions and billing.
- To contact you about your account, your request, or a signup you didn’t finish.
- Aggregate statistics about website visits, to improve the site.
- Security, fraud and abuse prevention, and legal obligations.
We never use your end customers’ conversations for anything other than providing the service to you, nor to train general AI models.
5. Sharing
We don’t sell or rent data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service, and only as needed: Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) and Telegram to deliver messages; Cloudflare for network and protection; Anthropic and Voyage AI for AI features when a Customer turns them on; our email provider; and the stores and systems a Customer connects itself (such as Shopify and WooCommerce). We may disclose data where the law or a court requires it.
6. International transfers
Some data may be processed by providers outside your country (Meta’s servers, for example). We choose providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention
Account and conversation data for as long as the subscription lasts, then deleted within 90 days unless the Customer asks otherwise or the law requires us to keep it (invoices, for example). Unfinished signup forms and website visits for at most 12 months.
8. Security
Each Customer’s data is separated from every other’s; passwords and sensitive connection credentials are encrypted; internal access is limited by role; sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log. No system is 100% secure, and we will notify those affected by any material breach as the law requires.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, port or object to the processing of your data — see the data deletion page or email us. If you are an end customer of one of our Customers, please send your request to that company first.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the new date appears above, and Customers are told about material changes.
